She is a former 20-year Property and Casualty insurance agent and District Sales Manager with a record of demonstrated success driving multi-million-dollar sales growth while providing award-winning sales leadership in highly competitive markets.
In 2004 she started her real estate career in Orange, LA, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties, with intimate knowledge of Placentia, Yorba Linda, Brea, Fullerton, Orange, Anaheim, and Anaheim Hills. She has worked in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, and businesses and in corporate leadership roles. She has over 36 years of progressive sales management, marketing, and leadership experience, hundreds of hours of lecturing and teaching, contract negotiation, and strategic marketing creation.
Nel is a woman with a devotion to God and her family. She uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem.
